ABSTRACT
Objective To discuss the effect of Dickkopf-1 (DKK-1) on Wnt singal pathway during the differentiation of osteoblast in vitro.Methods The osteoblasts were obtained from the new rats and cultured in vitro.The 3 passages were divided into control group and DKK-1 group.The cells were cultured in DKK-1 and normal saline for morphogical detection,ALP activity detection and osteoblasts stained at 1 st,6th,12th,21st day.The Wnt was detected by RT-PCR.Results After cultured by the DKK-1 in vitro,the ALP and mineralization of osterblasts staining were prlonged with culture time.Compared with control group,the expression of Wnt was significantly reduced at the 21st day after induction (t =0.278,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion DKK-1 can regulate the expression of Wnt during osteoblast differentiation,suggests that Wnt may be involved in osteoblast differentiation and can affect bone remodeling process.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the effects of self-efficacy-oriented nursing intervention on postoperative quality of life of lung tumor patients. Methods Ninety patients with lung tumors undergoing chest surgery in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 , involved in the study. The nursing data were retrospectively analyzed for investigation of the nursing strategies. The patients were randomized into two group with random digits table in equal number: The control group received routine nursing and the intervention group with self-efficacy-oriented nursing intervention beside routine nursing care. 3 months after nursing intervention , the two groups were compared by Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) in terms of quality of life and psychological state. Results The scores of the intervention group by SDS and SAS were both significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of the intervention group on self efficacy and quality of life were significantly higher than those of the control (P < 0.05). Conclusion The self-efficacy-oriented nursing intervention applied in the postoperative nursing care to lung cancer patients can significantly improve the postoperative symptoms and psychological status. It can also improve their self efficacy and then enhance their quality of life.
ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the influence of Zhuanggu granule on the concentration of IL-1β and TN-F-α in knee cavity of patients with knee degenerated osteoarthritis. Methods A total of eighty patients with knee degenerated osteoarthritis were recruited into a Zhuanggu granule group (30 cases), a Sulphuric acid Glucosamine group (15 cases) and a Sodium Hyaluronate group (15 cases) according to Doll grouping method. After all groups were treated for 4 weeks, the changes of concentration of IL-1β and TNF-α was detected before and after the therapy Results After the treatment, the concentration of IL-1β and TNF-α in Zhuangu granule group was significantly lower than the other two groups (Sodium Hyaluronate and sulphuric Glucosamine group). Conclusion Zhuangu Granule could influence the concentration of IL-1β and TNF-α in patients of knee degenerated osteoarthritis.
